A quarter century ago, HaRav Zvi Dov Slanger zt"l founded Bais HaMedrash & Mesivta of Baltimore, built upon his rich mesorah, stretching from pre-war Europe, to his kabbalah from the great gedolim of the previous generation. Studying under HaRav Elya Lopian and HaRav Elazar Menachem Shach – HaRav Slanger created his Yeshiva with a link to the past and a bridge to the future. Now led by the Rosh Yeshiva, HaRav Chaim Cohen שליט"א, along with a select group of outstanding Rebbeim, the Yeshiva is renowned as a premier Makom Torah.
